Known for his relentless drive and servant’s heart, Pastor Elect Calvin Moore’s impact and influence in the Ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the catalyst that keeps him motivated to continue in the pursuit of knowing and understanding the heart of God. Considering the numerous challenges that he has had to face throughout his own life, Pastor Elect Moore is drawn to the “unchurched’ and those who have been looked over and left out.
Pastor Elect Moore believes wholeheartedly that this is the group of people that God has called him to encourage, motivate and help them see that they are just as important as anyone else in the Body of Christ.
Pastor Elect Moore is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and currently resides on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. He is both husband to Apostle Quintella Moore and father to their blended family. His family is of utmost importance to him, and his commitment to love and care for them as Christ has ordained is paramount in the things that mean the most to him in his everyday life. Pastor Elect Moore is a walking, living, breathing testament to the “Goodness of the Lord in the Land of the Living.”
Pastor Elect Moore has seen the hand of God in his life, time and time again and can truly attest to God being a "redeemer of time." Applying the Word of God and ‘walking out’ the Word of God are two things that Elder Moore is uncompromisingly resolved in maintaining as a part of his personal walk with God. He is also committed to seeing the people of God be all that God created and predestined for them to be through the application of sound Biblical principles and through himself, being an example of Righteousness and true Holiness.
Pastor Elect Calvin Moore was Licensed and Ordained as Deacon in November of 2017, Appointed Elder in September of 2021 and Elevated as Pastor-Elect in September of 2024. Both he and his wife Pastor New Day Ministries International, located in Bay St. Louis MS.
